About the Online School of Poetry
Studying online is nothing new. There have been online writing
workshops since the beginning of the Internet. What makes
the Online School of Poetry unique is the quality and experience
of our faculty. The Online School of Poetry is a supportive
environment. A community that has the tools to help you
learn, network and meet other poets. We offer private lessons
and workshops and our instructors are passionate about poetry.
Our curriculum and faculty will constantly grow and evolve.
We stress individuality and understand the expansion and
roots of the art of writing poetry.
Our teachers are award winning, published and experienced.
Read their individual biographies on our faculty
page to get more information. A school is only as good as
it's faculty and we are very proud of the experience our
teachers have to offer. They will help you improve your
poetry and your ideas about what poetry is. We will not
promise you will get published or win poetry contests but
we do promise you quality instruction from experienced educators
and award winning poets. Poets who have had success in this
field. And you can study at home on your computer!
